What we collect
CoachCopy ("we", "us") is a service operated by Runabell Holdings, LLC. When you submit our intake form, purchase a service, or correspond with us, we collect:
- Your name and email
- The information you provide via intake forms or client portal questionnaires
- Materials you upload to your client portal (resumes, content, files)
- Payment metadata processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
- Standard server logs (IP, user agent, page views)
How we use it
We use this information to deliver the service you purchased, communicate with you about your project, and improve our offerings. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except:
- Stripe for payment processing
- Email infrastructure (Microsoft 365) for transactional and project communications
- Workflow automation (n8n, GoHighLevel) for intake routing and CRM
Data retention
Project materials are retained for 24 months after project completion, then deleted. Account/contact records are retained for 36 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing coachcopy@runabellholdings.com.
Your rights
You may request a copy of all data we hold about you, or request deletion, at any time. We comply with GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California) data-subject requests within 30 days.
Cookies
We use session cookies for the client portal. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising on this site.
